These terms apply when you use this website or trade with DoBuyStockLots, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full sale terms are also shared with every proforma invoice; if the two differ, the proforma invoice applies.
Trade buyers only
We sell to businesses — retailers, wholesalers, exporters, contractors and online sellers. By enquiring you confirm you are acting for a business.
Listings
We describe each lot as accurately as we can from the information available to us. Quantities, packing and availability can change, and stock may sell between your enquiry and our reply. Listings marked “Illustrative listing” show typical stock and photos and will be updated with live details. Brand names are used only to describe the goods in each lot.
Enquiries & orders
A quote request or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not an order. A sale is confirmed only when we issue a proforma invoice and receive payment. We may decline an enquiry or withdraw a lot before a sale is confirmed.
Prices & payment
Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). Other currencies on the website are approximate and for reference only. There is no online payment: payment is by bank transfer before dispatch, as stated on the proforma invoice.
Inspection & condition
Lots are sold as described and as seen. You are welcome to inspect at the warehouse, or to ask for extra photos, videos and packing lists before you pay. Claims cannot be accepted after goods leave the warehouse.
Delivery
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, lots are sold EXW (ex-works) at the stated location. We can help arrange sea, air or road freight, or you can use your own forwarder. Import duties, taxes and permits in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Sellers
Listing surplus stock with us is free. You confirm that you own the goods or are authorised to sell them and that your description is accurate. We review every submission and may decline any listing.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the website, send spam through its forms, or try to access its admin area. The website content belongs to DoBuyStockLots. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.
Governing law
